SMOOTHNESS OF ROTATION: This feature describes level of rotation smoothness. The higer it is, the smooter are moves durring use. For better performance, we recommend the use of lubes!
DURABILITY OF SURFACES: With this feature, we take into account type of material, surfaces, and wear of materials.
ROTATION MECHANISM: The level of rotation mechanism depends on the type of the mechanism, materials that are used, advanced technology, and type of adjustment for rotation hardness (the last one only applies to the marked Cubes).
CORNER CUTTING: This is a special feature known by more experienced Cubers. It is a possibility to use »shortcuts« during rotation, so you save some time and make faster moves. The level of this feature depends mainly on the type of rotation mechanism, materials, and level of adjusted rotation hardness. For better performance, we recommend the use of lubes!
SPEED: This feature describes how fast you can move a cube during solving. That indeed depends on the smoothness of rotation and the possibility to »cut corners« but is more than that. With a fast cube, the right adjustments, and regulary usage of lubes, you can set your new personal record.
POSITIONING MAGNETS SYSTEM: Those are magnets in the Speed cube mechanism for positioning your cube layers in the right position.
ADJUSTABLE ROTATION HARDNESS: This is the ability to adjust the hardness of rotation, which is enabled by special screws in the cube mechanism.
